  Ensure the product is unworn, in its original packaging, and has all Crepdog Crew security tags attached for approval.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original box to prevent damage during transit and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched.
